• We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
  
•  The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  
•  All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
•  Refund requests must be initiated within 3-4 days of receiving the product.

Items purchased on sale or as part of promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds (see "Non-Refundable Items" below).

 

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

• Items purchased during a “Sale."
  
•  Customized or altered garments.
  
  

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Provide photographs of the issue to help us assess the damage.
3. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping charges.

Returns Shipping:
1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

 Refund  process:
1. Contact our customer support team at support@trabea.shop or with your order number and reason for the refund.
2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.
6. Any shipping charges paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
